History will have to wait as Chezka Centeno finishes runner-up to Margarita Fefilova following a roller-coaster championship match at the 2026 Banca del Fucino WPA Women’s World 10-Ball Championship.

Fefilova prevailed 3–2 in sets, winning 4–1, 4–0, 1–4, 0–4 and 4–0.

After falling two sets behind, Centeno showed her world-champion mettle by storming back to take the third and fourth sets, forcing a winner-take-all decider. Fefilova, however, regained her composure in the final set and capitalized on Centeno’s errors to finish strongly and secure her first world title.

Centeno entered the final seeking a historic third Women’s World 10-Ball crown and the first successful title defense in the tournament’s history. Despite falling one victory short, “The Flash” completes another remarkable run on the world stage.
